Gary is a lifelong resident of Montgomery County. He graduated from Walter Johnson High School in 1982 and The University of Maryland in 1986. Real Estate was in his blood, as he grew up in a real estate family, joining "Rudden Real Estate, Inc.” He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Maryland Association of Realtors, and the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors. Gary and Lisa work together in the "Rudden Team.” Since 1998 "Team Rudden" has closed more than $ 200+ million dollars worth of Sales! In November 2004, Gary joined forces with Rick Reed, Nick Bobruska, & Robyn Fitzgerald to open Congressional Residential Realty, LLC. In 2011, THE CONGRESSIONAL TEAM, joined forces with Re/Max Realty Services! We are now affiliated with the LARGEST Real Estate Company in The World!
