Gary found us the home of our dreams!! He met with us whenever we could, late nights, full days on Saturday or Sunday. He showed us all that he thought we would like and was happy to show us homes that we found as well.
The house we purchased was of course from Gary’s list and he worked hard in the negotiation process to make sure we got all that we wanted and needed.
Nick was a fantastic resource in showing us all that a house could be. We almost went with a fixer-upper and Nick met with us at that house to discuss the potential it had and cost estimates for all of the potential renovations. Even with the AMAZING house we did purchase, some of the features were not our style so Nick was also present at our inspection so we could again discuss ideas and cost estimates.
